YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Brenntag’s Middleware and SAP Integration platforms (SAP BTP, CPI) and their inter connectivity to the SAP systems

Build and operate integrations in Brenntag North star Enterprise architecture

Build and mange a team of integration experts, system engineers, production support.

Support large-scale programs e.g. Salesforce and TMS roll-out.

Partner with peers and other product teams for both functional and technical requirements and for translation to product roadmaps.

Build and prioritize the Middleware and Integration backlog and leverage waterfall as well as agile disciplines.

Manage project status updates and change communication.

Manage Middleware and Integration platform KPIs.

YOUR PROFILE

Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or other-related industry experience; 10+ years of professional experience, with minimum 5 years in a management position

Proven experience in delivering successful programs; a strong sense of ownership and a passion for defining and driving improvement and development programs

Strategic thinker who is customer-focused; demonstrate the ability to translate businesses requirements into technology solutions

Clear thinker who can piece together integration architecture roadmaps; also, to mitigate risks and resourcing needs

Proven success leading and delivering digital transformation programs

Strong project management and organizational skills

Proven experience in managing external service providers (projects & operations); strong governance skills
Cross-culture awareness

Strong analytical skills

Strong communication skills, in both written and verbal
