Office Coordinator in Amsterdam

  • This role is ideal for someone who has strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of workplace dynamics. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting both the administrative and operational needs of the team. 
     
    Key Responsibilities:  

  • Overseeing the day-to-day office operations, ensuring that the office environment is organized, efficient, and welcoming.
  • Managing office supplies, including inventory tracking, ordering, and restocking as needed.
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings, including the preparation of meeting rooms and providing administrative support.
  • Supporting the EMEA leadership team with travel arrangements and events preparation, etc.
  • Acting as a point of contact for employees and external partners, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Managing office budgets and expenses, ensuring that expenditures are tracked and reported accurately.
  • Organizing international company events and activities that foster team spirit and employee engagement.

    What We’re Looking For:  

  • Experience: Previous experience in office management or a similar role is essential. You have a proven track record of maintaining an organized, efficient office environment.
  • Flexibility: You are adaptable and can adjust to changing priorities or unexpected challenges with ease.
  • Problem-Solving: You are solution-oriented, capable of identifying issues and implementing effective resolutions quickly and efficiently.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are key. Fluent in English. You are proficient with office software (Microsoft Office) and comfortable with learning new technologies. Comfortable with working with team members and colleagues around the world with different backgrounds.
  • Attributes: You are highly organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You enjoy helping others and creating a positive work environment.
