Apply knowledge of adult learning to develop and deliver experiential, high-impact training and learning solutions together with our stakeholders.

Assist with the development and implementation of course content, as the need is identified

Serve as interface to streamline soft skill training content and delivery, scale to meet adult learning methodologies.

Creates an environment where all job responsibilities are in alignment with the core values, mission and purpose of the organization

Bachelor's degree in Leadership, Learning and Development or Human Resources Management; or related field is a plus

Background in training and organizational development including knowledge of adult learning principles (required)

Ability to identify training needs, develop training content and deliver training programs. (required)

Data Driven decision making in learning intervention

Project management/organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail, people, systems and processes

Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships throughout the organization

Experience with Learning Management Systems

Experience using content design software such as Camtasia, Captivate or Articulate is a plus
