Business Data Analyst

As a Business Data Analyst, you are responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that support decision-making within Treatwell. You will be part of the Strategy and Analytics central function, which looks after advanced analytics, performance reporting and data quality control. You will work closely with various teams and countries to develop data-driven insights that contribute to the further growth of the business both on the Supply and Demand side.

In this role, we are looking for somebody with a strategic mindset, flexible and willing to go the extra mile if necessary. You have strong communication skills and are capable of presenting your insights in a compelling way to your stakeholders. 

You will be responsible for:

Identify opportunities for growth from the data and translate into clear business actions.

Collaborate with various departments and countries to understand and meet their data analysis needs.

Advise stakeholders based on analytical findings and present them in a clear and in a concise way.

Develop dashboards and reports to visualise insights.

Data quality control.

About you

At least 3 years experience in a data analyst/BI role, showing very strong analytical skills combined with a great business acumen.

A team player with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.

SaaS / Marketplace experience is definitely a big plus.

Excellent communication skills in English (both writing & speaking)

Tech Skills: SQL & Excel. Nice to have: Looker, Salesforce.
