Enrolled in a Ph.D. or Master's degree program (or equivalent) in Speech or Language Technologies, Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience designing experiments and performing statistical analysis.

Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithm design, and statistics.

Proficient in coding with an industry-standard programming language (Python, C, C++, C#, Java, etc.).

Enthusiastic about Large Language Models (LLMs) and Voice AI applications.

Experience with LLMs, Text-to-Speech (TTS), and Audio processing is a plus.

Technically fluent with the ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts, algorithms, and trade-offs with technical teams.

Demonstrated ability to think critically and present ideas clearly and persuasively (written and verbal).

A history of publications in peer-reviewed conferences or journals (preferred).
