This internship is available for a minimum period of 5 months. The internship is available from July 2026. Please note that this position is only for current students pursuing a Hotel Management degree.

What you’ll do

Serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and delivering exceptional service throughout their stay.

Support the daily operations of the Front Office and act as a key contact for guests, associates, and other departments.

Assist in handling guest requests, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Monitor service standards and contribute to maintaining Marriott brand standards throughout the hotel.

Contribute to guest satisfaction initiatives, departmental projects, and internal communication efforts aimed at enhancing the overall guest and associate experience.

You are currently pursuing a relevant Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hospitality

You have strong organizational skills and can perform well under pressure.

You are ambitious, flexible, and bring a positive attitude to your work every day.

You speak fluent English and/or Dutch; additional languages are a plus.

You hold a valid work permit or documentation that allows you to work in the Netherlands.
