Onze
Citazens, het personeel van Citadines, vormen het hart van het historische erfgoedpand
met 93 kamers, een fitnessruimte en een gastenlounge (met eten en drinken) binnen
het gebouw.

In de
functie van Food & Beverage Supervisor ben je betrokken bij en
verantwoordelijk voor:

• Het ontbijt, onze honesty bar en
  de Grab & Go.
• De dagelijke aansturing van
  het Food & Beverage team. Je draagt zorg voor de veiligheid en comfort van
  onze gasten en zorgt dat het team dagelijks de verwachtingen van onze gasten
  overtreft.
• De inventarisatie en de
  bestellingen van onze producten.
• Je zorgt dat het team op de
  hoogte is van alle procedures rondom gezond- en veiligheid.
• De Citadines persona uitdragen om ervoor te zorgen
  dat onze gasten het verwachte serviceniveau en de normen krijgen.

Om
succesvol te zijn als Food & Beverage Supervisor moet je:

• Eerdere ervaring opgedaan als
  Supervisor of ervaring als food & beverage medewerker en klaar voor een
  nieuwe uitdaging
• Een flexibele instelling, het
  is voor jou geen probleem om voornamelijk ochtenddiensten, doordeweeks en in
  het weekend te werken
• Je bent enthousiast,
  servicegericht en stressbestendig. Je beschikt over goede kennis van de
  Nederlandse en/of Engelse taal.
• Kennis over HACCP en
  allergenen is een pré
• Een gemotiveerde en ambitieuze houding, je bent
  bereid om het team met dezelfde instelling te motiveren en te ondersteunen

for an enthusiastic, curious and inventive Food & Beverage Supervisor to
join the Ascott Limited’s newest flagship in Europe!

Our Citazens, being the staff of
Citadines, stand at the heart of the historic and heritage property that has 93
rooms, gym and guest lounge (providing a food & beverage offering) within
the building.

In the position of Food &
Beverage Supervisor, you will be engaged to and responsible for:

• The breakfast, our honesty bar
  and the Grab&Go.
• The day-to-day supervision of
  the food and beverage team. Ensures the comfort and safety of our guests and
  ensuring our team exceeds guest expectations on a daily basis.
• The inventory and ordering of
  our products.
• Ensure that the team is aware
  and trained to our Health and Safety standards.
• Living the Citadines persona to
  ensure that our guests have the level of service and standards expected.

To be successful as a Food &
Beverage Supervisor, you will:

• Have previous experience as a
  supervisor or experience as a food & beverage employee, who is ready for a
  new challenge
• You are flexible, it won’t be a
  problem to work mostly morning shifts, during the week but also in the weekends
• You are enthusiastic, service
  orientated and stress-resistant
• You have effective communication
  skills in written and spoken Dutch and/or English
• If you have any knowledge about
  HACCP or Allergenen, this would be an advantage
• Be a motivated and ambitious,
  customer focused individual ready to motivate and support the team with the
  same spirit
