About the role:

Following the GDPR Schrems-II ruling, a program within ABNAMRO has been set-up to become Schrems-II compliant. Part of this program is the assessment of all data transfers (applications mainly), followed by the identification of required supplementary measures. In order to do this, a self-assessment process has been designed which will start in early 2022. All these self-assessments need to be reviewed. Therefore, a Schrems-II Capability Centre will be set-up to guide and review these assessments. This Capability Centre will consist of a front-desk, which will review the majority of the assessments. If needed, liaising with product owners might be part of the review process, to clarify assessment answers or control evidence. For this front-desk AAB is looking for candidates to perform these activities.

What are expected to deliver?

• review of all Schrems-II self-assessments and of control evidence

Required skills:

• Junior/medior level
• Strong analytical skills
• Hands-on mentality and result driven
• Self-starter
• Basic knowledge of security and/or risk practices
• Experience with reviewing of controls and control evidence (e.g. audit experience)
• Privacy knowledge preferred
• Team player and good communication skills
• Fluent in English, preferably also Dutch
