Functie - Lead, coach and develop the Accounts Payable team - Coordinate the end-to-end AP process across the EMEA region - Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and payment execution - Drive process optimisation and automation initiatives within Accounts Payable - Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Treasury and other international stakeholders - Maintain compliance with internal controls, company policies and accounting standards - Monitor KPIs, service levels and team performance - Support audits and contribute to finance improvement projects Profiel - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Finance or Accounting - Minimum of 5 years' experience within Accounts Payable - Previous experience leading or coaching a finance team - Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay processes - Experience with SAP, VIM, Concur or similar ERP systems is an advantage - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Proactive, organised and solution-oriented mindset - Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus Aanbod - Salary depending on experience - Hybrid working - 25 holidays - Pension scheme and travel allowance - International and collaborative working environment - Excellent opportunities for professional development and career growth - Plenty of scope to improve processes and make a real impact
