Together with your colleagues from the Commercial MT, you are responsible for the strategic sales actions within the Commercial organization. You know the trends in the industry and market and based on that you have a vision of future possibilities. You manage a number of Account Managers and Sales Managers in the Netherlands.

Description

In this role, you exchange with large customers and translate the customer needs into Business. You stimulate cooperation with the customer to create value back and forth. You manage strategic relationships with customers and focus on external customer satisfaction and sustainable customer relationships.

Furthermore, you :

• motivate and lead your team to achieve business objectives together
• optimize the personal performance of your team through performance management
• coach your team and stimulate their enthusiasm and development
• work closely with other teams within the Commercial Organization but also the other business units
