Are you an experienced (Lead) Electrical Engineer ready to take the lead in creating custom yachts? As a Lead Engineer Electrical, you will be an essential part of our project teams, ensuring the highest quality of engineering work while collaborating closely with partners. What You Will Do

• Serve as a key member of our project teams, reporting to the Engineering Coordinator.
• Review and discuss Project Development information, ensuring clear work demarcation during the pre-building process.
• Monitor the quality of engineering work, ensuring correct interfacing and integration with other disciplines.
• Deliver timely plan drawings and technical specifications that comply with all applicable standards, design codes, rules, and regulations.
• Review and approve engineering documentation, ensuring completeness of scope, and initiate corrective measures for complex technical problems as needed.
• Organize work effectively to achieve project goals on time, fostering synergies with our partners based on mutual respect.

What We Expect From You

• Higher Vocational Education or Secondary Vocational Education (MBO+) with relevant work experience in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in the maritime or yacht-building industry.
• Strong analytical skills with a persuasive and results-oriented approach.
• Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Passionate team player eager to learn and grow.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, AutoCAD, and/or Rhinoceros.
• Good command of written and spoken English
