Are you an experienced (Lead) Electrical Engineer
ready to take the lead in creating custom yachts? As a Lead
Engineer Electrical, you will be an essential part of our project
teams, ensuring the highest quality of engineering work while

What You Will
Do
- Serve as a key member of our
project teams, reporting to the Engineering
Coordinator.
- Review and discuss Project
Development information, ensuring clear work demarcation during the
pre-building process.
- Monitor the quality of
engineering work, ensuring correct interfacing and integration with
other disciplines.
- Deliver timely plan drawings
and technical specifications that comply with all applicable
standards, design codes, rules, and
regulations.
- Review and approve engineering
documentation, ensuring completeness of scope, and initiate
corrective measures for complex technical problems as
needed.
- Organize work effectively to achieve
project goals on time, fostering synergies with our partners based
on mutual respect.

What We Expect From
You
- Higher Vocational
Education or Secondary Vocational Education (MBO+) with relevant
work experience in Electrical
Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience,
preferably in the maritime or yacht-building
industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a
persuasive and results-oriented
approach.
- Proactive and problem-solving
mindset.
- Passionate team player eager to learn
and grow.
- Proficient in MS Office applications,
AutoCAD, and/or Rhinoceros.
- Good command of
written and spoken English
