Functieomschrijving

As a Warehouse Associate at Bavaria Brewery, you’ll do much more than just move goods.

What will you do?

• You’ll load, unload, and move goods using a forklift.
• You’ll check incoming and outgoing goods and process all orders and inventory changes in the Warehouse Management System (SAP).
• You identify bottlenecks in the logistics process and actively propose improvements.
• You work closely with colleagues in logistics, planning, and administration.
• Your workday revolves around ensuring the smooth flow of goods and keeping the warehouse tidy and safe.
• You’ll work in 2-, 3-, or 5-shift rotations, depending on what suits you best. It’s a varied role where your insight and initiative truly make a difference.

Functie-eisen

This is you:

• You have experience as a warehouse associate or logistics associate.
• You hold a valid forklift certification or are willing to obtain one.
• You understand the entire logistics process, from receiving to returns, and know how your work fits into the bigger picture.
• You identify discrepancies and proactively suggest improvements.
• You are familiar with WMS or other logistics systems and process data carefully.
• You work accurately, take responsibility, and think proactively.
• You speak and write Dutch well.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• A gross hourly wage of €18.86, including the ADV allowance and year-end bonus;
• A shift differential of 150% for hours worked between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.;
• A good pension plan through STIPP;
• 8.33% vacation pay and 10.92% vacation accrual;
• Travel allowance starting at 10 km one way at €0.19 per kilometer, up to a maximum of 50 km;
• Work clothes and safety shoes are provided by Bavaria;
• Opportunity for a permanent contract based on good performance;
• Access to Olympia’s digital portal, where you can easily view your pay stubs, contracts, and annual statements;
• Social staff get-togethers on Wednesday and Friday afternoons.
