Wat ga je doen?

For our client, Royal Swinkels, we are looking for suitable forklift drivers. Are you flexible in working hours and is forklift driving a piece of cake for you? Then we would like to get in touch with you!

What you will do:
As a forklift driver you will work in the Bavaria Brewery warehouse. You are responsible for organizing an efficient logistics structure. From the Bottling plant, nine production lines with filled pallets enter the warehouse via automatic trucks. You make sure these pallets are placed in the right locations so they are ready for transport.

On the screen in your forklift you see which pallet has to be placed where and in what order. At Bavaria, you will be given a four-week induction program. In the first week you will be supervised by an instructor who will ride along with you on the forklift truck. After this first week you can start working independently. After about four weeks you are expected to meet certain targets.

Together with your colleagues you will make sure that the Warehouse stays orderly and tidy!

Working hours are varied and range from:

06:00-14:00 hours

14:00-22:00 hours

22:00-06:00 hours

We also have two more day shifts:

08:00-16:30 am

09:30-18:00 hours

You will not be working a fixed shift schedule, therefore this may vary from week to week.

The Warehouse of Brewery Bavaria is located in Lieshout, North Brabant and is easily accessible by car from Helmond, Eindhoven, Uden and Veghel.

Wie ben je?

You hold a valid forklift certificate, no certificate but experienced? Then we give you the opportunity to obtain it through us;

You are available on short notice;

You are available fulltime and flexible;

You speak the Dutch or English language well.

Wat mag je verwachten?

A gross hourly wage of €17.04 including ADV allowance and end-of-year bonus paid by the hour;

Shift bonus of 150% between 18:00-06:00 calculated on the basic wage;

Accrual of 8% vacation allowance;

Weekly or monthly payment of salary by Olympia;

An Olympia contract with the prospect of a permanent contract with Bavaria.
