Wat ga je precies doen As a distributor/order picker, you play an important role in the logistics process at our modern bakery in Aalsmeer. You will work in a dynamic environment where you need to switch quickly between tasks while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety. Carry out a final quality check before the products leave the bakery. Help load transport vehicles and keep the workplace clean and safe. A gross hourly wage of €17.14, plus allowances of 34% and 37%, as well as additional allowances for weekend work. A temporary contract with a clear prospect of a permanent position. Fixed evening/night shifts between 5:00 PM and 3:00 AM. Targeted training in logistics, systems and HACCP procedures. Opportunities for career progression towards process improvement or an (assistant) team leader position. A friendly, down-to-earth team with a direct and informal atmosphere. MBO-level education and working experience. Willingness to work evenings, nights and weekends. Accurate and well-organised, with an eye for quality. Good command of Dutch or English.
